We are an extended family sharing a two family home where everyone has the same last name, so our mail carrier doesn’t separate our mail between our two units. The mailbox is of very high quality and feels very solid. I got the house numbers engraved and that looks very nice, the black paint on the steel seems like it won't come off easily. Only negative thing is that the mail slot once the mailbox is loved is rather thin but so far the mail man had no problems with it.

Love love love this mailbox. I wish I had another house so I can get another one. It is an absolutely beautiful mailbox. I hesitated to buy this because I thought I didn’t want to spend so much on a mailbox, but I have NO regrets. It is very well made. I didn’t need customer service but I am giving the shop five stars for customer service because of how well it was packaged. It is obvious that is was packed with care. It was packed so nice I half expected to find a high end designer handbag in the box instead of a mailbox.
